A. Resumes can be submitted using our online tool by clicking here. In order to successfully upload, your resume must be in .doc, .pdf, .txt or .rtf format.
Q. What happens after I submit my resume?
A. Once your application has been received; our recruiting team will be assessing your skills and qualifications for positions that we currently have available. If you are identified as a suitable candidate for an available opportunity at ALT Software, a member of our recruitment team will contact you shortly to invite you to participate in our interview process.
If we do not currently have an available position that matches your qualifications, your resume will remain on file and continue to be considered for new opportunities that become available within the next 6 months. For this reason, it is not necessary for you to submit additional copies of your resume within this 6 month period unless there has been a change to your contact information or work experience.
Q. What does your interview process involve?

While the in-person interview process can vary, depending on the position that a candidate is being interviewed for, it will typically consist of one or more interviews with the hiring manager and other members of ALT's team. If the position that you are interviewing for is technical, in nature, you can expect that the interview with be vary technically based and may involve written technical testing
Q. How will I receive feedback after my interview(s)?
A. Once a hiring decision has been made and ALT has identified the successful candidate, that candidate will be contacted by a member of our recruiting team. The recruiter will then present the candidate with a conditional offer of employment for their review and consideration.
