Grant Wagner, CEO
Grant Wagner brings over 25 years of software industry leadership and sales experience to ALT Software. He previously held the position of President and CEO of Formatta Corporation, an electronic data capture and data integration software company that was sold to Access Corporation. He also held the position of Senior Vice-President of Worldwide Sales at New Technology Management Inc. (NTMI), a federal government systems integrator specializing in Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Defense (DoD) security solutions, as well as and Senior Vice-President of Software Sales at Integic, a government systems integrator and software vendor acquired by Northrop Grumman Corp.
As Executive Vice-President for Worldwide Sales at OTG Software, a public storage and content management software company now part of EMC, Grant increased revenues from $20M in 1999 to an estimated $90M in 2002. Mr. Wagner graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. He is an active member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and serves as advisor to several private technology companies in the northern Virginia technology community. He is also a graduate of Mindshare, a Washington D.C. based program for technology CEOs.
